The IOI’s online case database is an easy-to-use tool, which will enable the sharing and comparing of working methods, best practices or legal foundations between fellow ombudsmen. The IOI therefore encourages all its members to actively contribute to this new website feature. You are all welcome to include textbook examples of real-life cases from your everyday work to this database and share the experiences you have made or worthwhile actions and solutions you have developed with colleagues around the world.
All you need to do is to log-in to the member area of this website and you can browse through existing cases or share one of your own cases with the international ombudsman community.
For more details about the handling of the online database, please consult the manual below or contact the IOI General Secretariat (ioi@volksanw.gv.at).
