    Complaints Commissioner resigns to accept top UK appointment

    The Complaints Commissioner, Nicola Williams, has tendered her resignation and has accepted the appointment as the UK Service Complaints Commissioner – the Ombudsman for the UK Armed Forces, based domestically and worldwide. She will leave office in early January 2015.

    The Ontario Ombudsman’s Office hosted its annual advanced investigative training for administrative watchdogs on Oct. 16 -18, 2017. “Sharpening Your Teeth,” or SYT for short, has trained more than 700 ombudsmen, investigators and other watchdog agency staff at this Toronto course, from throughout Ontario, Canada and the world.

    National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) chair Chu CHEN and Control Yuan (CY) members made a visit to the National Academy for Educational Research on 23 November 2020.
