USA | 38th USOA Annual Conference

The United States Ombudsman Association (USOA) will hold its 2017 Annual Conference from 2 – 6 October 2017 in San Antonio, Texas, at the Drury Plaza Hotel, San Antonio Riverwalk.

The main conference will be held from October 4 - 6 2017, with full day pre-conference workshops on October 2 and 3. The topic of the 38th USOA Annual Conference will be "The 21^st Century Ombudsman: Big Challenges, Bigger Opportunities".
