‘Effective Investigation strategies – building blocks, methods/tools’ has been identified in AORC’s ongoing needs assessment as one of the training priorities required by African Ombudsman. In responding to this need, AORC has planned a webinar entitled ‘Effective Investigation strategies – building blocks, methods/tools’ for African Ombudsman and their staff.
The ‘Effective Investigation strategies – building blocks, methods/tools’ webinar would discuss effective investigation techniques, organising and managing investigations, learning from investigations as well as guidelines for conducting successful Investigations.
The speakers at this webinar will be Hon. Lady Justice Tujilane Chizumila, Judge and former Ombudsman Malawi, Hon. Fatimata Sanou/Toure, Ombudsman of Burkina Faso, and Ms Domonie Pierre, Director of the Special Ombudsman Response Team at the Office of the Ombudsman of Ontario, Canada. The discussion will be facilitated by Mrs Anne Twinomugisha Muhairwe, Deputy Inspector General of Government, Uganda.
