The Office of the Catalan Ombudsman published the November edition of its e-Newsletter.
Among other things, Ombudsman Ribó proposes a "winter truce" for people at risk of exclusion to stop cuts of light, gas and water for non-payment and calls for more guarantee for the inclusive education of children with disabilities.
Also, the e-Newsletter informs about a decision to suspend the institution of the regional Ombudsman of Rioja. Ombudsman Ribó has addressed the Spanish Government, the parliamentary groups and the Parliament of La Rioja to urge them to reconsider this suspension.
