BackAt the IOI World Conference held in Wellington, New Zealand in November 2012, institutional members in good standing will be requested to vote on the IOI’s new by-laws.
A first draft of these new by-laws, elaborated by the By-laws Committee, has therefore been sent to all IOI members at the beginning of February 2012. Every member is asked to thoroughly consider the draft by-laws and send comments and remarks to the competent Regional Vice-President and the Secretary General by Friday, 30 March 2012 at the latest.
The regional consultation certainly is the most important phase of the IOI by-laws reform process. The IOI is therefore looking forward to feedback and input from its members and remains at your disposal in case you need any additional information or have any further questions regarding the draft by-laws.
