IRELAND | Highlights of IPA/Ombudsman 30th Anniversary Conference available

2014 marks 30 years of the Office of the Ombudsman in Ireland. As part of this anniversary, the Ombudsman's Office co-hosted a conference with the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) on the topic of “Held to Account: Responsibility and Accountability in the Public Service” which took place in the IPA on 7 November 2014.

Former IOI President, Dame Beverley Wakem, and newly elected second  IOI Vicepresident and Ombudsman of Ireland, Peter Tyndall, were among the speakers.

The Institute of Public Administration published the highlights of the IPA/Ombudsman 30^th Anniversary Conference in their Winter Newsletter, which is now available on the IPA website (see link below).
