BackOmbudsman Tatiana Moskalkova presented the publication "Protection, promotion and development of the Ombudsman Institutions", prepared by the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation together with the Director General of Human Rights and the Rule of Law of the Council of Europe, Christos Giakoumopoulos.
This publication is the first joint bilingual compilation of the best national practices of Ombudsman in Member States of the Council of Europe. It aims at presenting an updated set of Pan-European standards for establishment and functioning of Ombudsman institutions and it can be used both in practical and academic work.
