BackEnsuring the rights and freedoms of conscripts and military servicemen is one of the main directions of the Human Rights Defender's activities. Any issue related to this field is under the Human Rights Defender’s primary attention.
Considering the aforementioned, the Human Rights Defender's Office developed an informative leaflet with the Council of Europe’s support on "How to receive the Human Rights Defender's Assistance with regard to Conscription Issues".
The rights of conscripts during examination and expertise, how to apply to the Defender, procedure for discussion of application, when it can be terminated and a number of other issues are presented in the informative leaflet.
Necessary information for contacting Defender's representatives are also included.
