BackHyderabad Development Authority paid service dues to a retired government employee on the orders of Mr. Asad Ashraf Malik, Provincial Ombudsman Sindh.
According to details, an Assistant Sanitary Officer approached the Provincial Ombudsman Institution for release of his service dues including G.P. Fund and Gratuity. Investigation in the matter revealed that department was delaying the case on flimsy grounds, this attitude caused hardship and financial loss to the complainant.
Mr. Asad Ashraf Malik issued directives to the Hyderabad Development Authority for immediate payment of services dues to the complainant which was complied with by Agency and payment was made to the complainant amounting to Rs.110,577/- and Rs.404,294/- towards final payment of G.P. Fund and Gratuity. The complainant expressed his satisfaction on the steps taken by this institution.
