On 24 March the adviser of the Chancellor of Justice performed an unannounced visit to the Ravila Care Home. It was a follow-up inspection to check the fulfillment of recommendation made after the inspection visit of 19 August of 2009.
The following topics were examined:
1. Conformity of the isolation room to the standards of law. It was discovered that the isolation room was not in conformity with requirements.
2. Collection and safekeeping of the documents of clients. It was discovered that in some files the required copies of the identification documents of the clients were missing.
