BackThe year 2024 marks the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the Office of The Ombudsman, Hong Kong, China. To commemorate this important milestone, the Ombudsman will be hosting for the first time an International Ombudsman Summit with the theme "Ombudsman in a Changing World: Learning from the Past; Preparing for the Future" on 3 December 2024 in the Hong Kong Palace Museum. An anniversary celebration reception will be held the same evening.
A series of art and cultural programmes will be arranged on 2 and 4 December 2024 for all participants to experience the charm and attractions of Hong Kong.

The Office of the Ombudsman is pleased and honoured to extend their invitation to all members to participate in the above events. All local expenses related to the programmes will be covered by the institution for free (except for flights and accommodations which are self-borne).
