13th World Conference and General Assembly
The Dutch National Ombudsman, Reinier van Zutphen, is pleased to invite you to the upcoming IOI World Conference in The Hague in The Netherlands, in May 2024. The conference will bring together the Ombuds institutions from around the world to meet and to share their experience, expertise and knowledge. The theme of the conference is “Act together for our tomorrow". Currently, the Dutch ombuds team is working hard on the programme which will be published in full in January 2024. You then can register for the breakout sessions and other activities.
Regions
The Dutch ombudsman aims to involve all the IOI regions in establishing the content of the conference. In the upcoming months we will reach out to the regional boards and explore how we will fill in the themes of the conference. We hope for your enthusiastic input that can help to provide a memorable and exciting conference.
Registration will be open on 31 August
As of 31 August, you can register for the conference on the conference website. The website is already live with a welcome message from Reinier van Zutphen. During registration you can also directly arrange your accommodation with a selection of hotels. After you have registered for the conference, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice by e-mail. If you register early, you are entitled to a discount.
