BackThe publisher “Thomson Reuters Aranzadi” released a new publication on the topic of “Transparency of Information of Public Administrations“ that was written by the Spanish author Miguel Ángel Blanes Climent.
The new book analyses the existing legal and judicial situations in democracies around the globe and within the systems of the United Nations, the Council of Europe and the European Union.
A special focus of the publication lays on the topic of access to sensible information, such as for example information on public accounts and on matter of public interest (such as electricity, gas, postal service, etc.).
The book is only available in Spanish and can be found under its original title: „La Transparencia Informativa de las Administraciones Públicas“.
