BackThe Ombudsman of Gibraltar, Mario M Hook recently announced the launching of his new website: www.ombudsman.org.gi. It will provide better functionality and interaction to its users and importantly allows complaints to be submitted electronically through an online complaint form.
The new website offers such features as: Online Complaint Form (Users will be able to submit their complaints with the click of a button), E-Newsletters (Free online subscription to our e-newsletters), Information in other languages (Spanish and Arabic information will be provided), Website Feedback Form (Users will be able to let us know what they think of our website), Social Networks Support including Facebook & Twitter. Mr. Hook expressed his hope that a wider section of Gibraltar´s community will now be able to avail themselves of the service offered by the Ombudsman.
