Irish Ombudsman Peter Tyndall appeared in the second episode in the “How to be an Active Citizen” series – How to be a Citizen Watchdog on 22 May 2016.

The Ombudsman said: “If people don’t complain about public services then people will experience the same problems over and over again. When people complain it gives us an opportunity to have things put right and to stop the same mistakes continuing to happen.”
