The Office of the Ombudsman for Bermuda released its ninth Annual Report covering the period from 1st of January to 31st of December 2013. The Report includes transition messages from both, the current Ombudsman Victoria Pearman and former Ombudsman Arlene Brock.
The recently published document also contains summaries on recent complaints as well as statistics on their outcome and general data.
The Report presents “eight steps for resolving your own complaint” and delivers an introduction to the Ombudsman Act 2004 in its chapter “Ombudsman Act 2002 – In a Nutshell”.
Furthermore, the ninth Annual Report introduces steps and important information on “how to make a complaint to the ombudsman” and on the complaint process that follows each complaint.
