Bahrain | Ombudsman office launches mobile application service

The Ombudsman Office as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance communication with the public and to use advanced technology to provide its services, this week the Ombudsman Office launched its official application for iPhone, iPad, and Google Android devices on App Store and Google Play for free.

The main purpose of this application is to allow the public submitting complaints and attaching the required documents (copies of smart card ID, passport, and evidences: pictures, statements, reports, etc.). The Ombudsman Office ensures the privacy and protection of users details, and attached documents related to their complaints.

As the application is user friendly, the application supports both the Arabic and English languages and includes general information about the Ombudsman Office, details on submitting complaints, news, events and reports. The Ombudsman hopes that the application will be a channel through which the public can be informed about latest Ombudsman activities, in a transparent framework.
