BERMUDA | Ombudsman publishes Annual Report 2011

The Ombudsman for Bermuda presented the institution’s 7^th Annual Report covering the year 2011. 

According to Arlene Brock, Ombudsman for Bermuda and Regional Vice-President of the IOI’s Caribbean and Latin American Region, 2011 has been an intense year which – in addition to a comprehensive systematic investigation – also showed that the number of individual complaints keeps increasing.
