UK/SCOTLAND | Ombudsman’s findings March 2013

The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO) laid four investigation reports before the Scottish Parliament. Three of this month’s investigation reports cover different aspects of care such as delayed diagnosis of cancer, failure to provide appropriate surgical treatment and failure to provide Sign Language interpretation for a dear patient.
