KOSOVO | Ombudsperson Institution and University of Prizren sign a MoU

Ombudsperson, Mr. Naim Qelaj and the rector of the University “Ukshin Hoti” of Prizren, Mr. Mentor Alishani signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at strengthening cooperation in the field of rule of law, through education and legal education.

The Ombudsperson’s Institution (OI) will help the Faculty of Law of the University of Prizren and the students of the bachelor and master program “Democratic Governance and Rule of Law” to have access for study needs to the data and practical cases developed by OI.

The OI will enable the access of the academic staff of the Faculty of Law and the students of the master’s program in short study visits to OI in order to realize the program.

The parties also agree to organize joint academic activities, including lectures as well as round-tables in the function of the rule of law.
