BackThe UK Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) requests your input and kindly asks Ombudsman offices to consider completing an online survey on leadership in crisis and the challenges Ombudsman offices around the world face. The survey is accessible online and your active participation will lead to useful learning for all IOI members.
The Questionnaire has been compiled by the UK Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman with support from the University of Glasgow and in consultation with the IOI. The survey has been designed to take account of the challenges faced by Ombudsman Offices, and has been enhanced to include the particular challenges experienced during the current COVID-19 crisis.
By collating your thoughts, we will be able to share areas of common concern alongside examples of innovative approaches to deal with emerging issues. The value of this research will be greatly enhanced if as many Ombudsman Offices as possible take part.
The ONLINE SURVEY is open until 26 June 2020; regrettably, it is only available in English. However, we still hope many of you will find the time to complete the survey, as your active participation will lead to useful learning for all IOI members.
