IOI | President addresses opening ceremony of the Third Latin American Congress on Restorative Justice

Chris Field, President of the International Ombudsman Institute and Western Australian Ombudsman, delivered an opening address to the 3rd Latin American Restorative Justice Congress. The Congress was held over three days, with more than 60 presenters from 15 countries, including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Australia, Honduras, Uruguay, Bolivia, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic and Great Britain. More than 4000 people registered for the Congress.
