BackHonourable Mr. Asad Ashraf Malik, Provincial Ombudsman Sindh has been elected as President of International Ombudsman Institute (IOI) for the Asian Region. He was elected as new Regional President at the 11th International World Ombudsman Conference held at Bangkok for a period of four years.
The IOI Secretary General extended his felicitation to the newly elected Regional President and hoped that he would play a positive and creative role in enhancing cooperation fairness, transparency and access to administrative justice to the people & would contribute in resolving the issue and grievances of Asian Region. On this occasion he thanked the members of Ombudsmen Community for showing their trust and confidence by electing him.
