UK | Public Services Ombudsman for Wales published quarterly Casebook and Code of Conduct Casebook

Issue 27 of the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales’ Casebook (October – December 2016) has been published. The Casebook is a collection of summaries of cases dealt with in the previous quarter. This month also sees the 11th edition of the Code of Conduct Casebook which contains summaries of cases about councillors who have broken their authority’s code of conduct.
