UK | Public Services Ombudsman for Wales publishes quarterly casebook

Issue 23 of the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales’ Casebook (October - December 2015) has been published. The Casebook is a collection of summaries of cases dealt with in the previous quarter.

In this edition, Nick Bennett discusses the new PSOW Act which the Welsh Assembly Finance Committee has recently consulted on, and what the new legislation would mean both for PSOW and for Wales.
