UK | Public Services Ombudsman for Wales publishes quarterly Casebook and Code of Conduct Casebook

Issue 29 of the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales’ Casebook (April – June 2017) has been published. The Casebook is a collection of summaries of cases dealt with in the previous quarter.

This month also sees the 13^th edition of the Code of Conduct Casebook which contains summaries of cases about councillors who have broken their authority’s code of conduct.
