CANADA | Québec Ombudsman unveils its 2014-2015 Annual Report

On September 17, 2015, in the National Assembly of Québec, Ombudsperson Raymonde Saint-Germain made the institution’s 45th Annual Report public.

In it, the Québec Ombudsman presented its findings concerning government departments and agencies as well as bodies within the health and social services network based on the complaints it handled during the year.

As Québec’s correctional ombudsman, the Québec Ombudsman also reported its findings concerning the Direction générale des services correctionnels of the Ministère de la Sécurité publique and detention centres under Québec jurisdiction.The full report can be accessed HERE.
