Registration for the Ombudsman Association’s (OA) 2025 Conference, ‘Providing a Modern Service’, is now open.

Taking place in Belfast from 9-11 June 2025, at the Hilton Belfast, the OA offers an exciting programme covering key issues facing the ombudsman sector.

Plenary and Breakout sessions include:

• User Experience – experiences, needs, and expectations of users
• Demonstrating Impact – Measuring success in modern ombudsman schemes
• Augmented Technology & AI – Opportunities and challenges
• How to Deliver Change with No Money – Practical strategies for innovation
• Changing Blame Culture – Building a more constructive and accountable environment

The pre-conference workshop on 9 June will explore the latest developments in engagement with customers in vulnerable circumstances, including victims of domestic and economic abuse, refugees, and asylum seekers.
