Italy | Reminder: International Conference of Ombudsman to be held in Rome

The Difensore Civico della Regione Lazio (Ombudsman of the Lazio Region) is organizing the International Conference of Ombudsman titled "The Role of Ombudsman in the world: Between reality and possibility", which will take place from 21 to 22 September 2023 in Rome.

With the objective of promoting international collaboration and exchanging good practices among Ombudsman institutions from all around the world, protecting citizens' rights and ensuring transparent and fair governance, the conference aims to identify innovative solutions and effective strategies to address issues related to the protection of human rights, democratic participation and social justice.
