BOTSWANA | Renewal of I.O.I. membership for ombudsman institution

The International Ombudsman Institute welcomes the Ombudsman of Botswana, Mr Ofentse Lepodise, back as a member.

Last August the Ombudsman of Botswana expressed his wish to rejoin the I.O.I. After careful assessment, the I.O.I. Board of Directors decided to comply with the request. The I.O.I.　Board's decision is in line with the I.O.I. fast track membership procedure established in 2009 for former members who had failed to renew their membership. Botswana's membership will formally be re-actived upon payment of membership fees.
