BackThe newsletter is published quarterly by the Forum of Pakistan Ombudsmen (FPO). The most recent issue is dedicated to the event of the 1st Conference on the Networking of Ombudsmen in the OIC (Organisation of Islamic Cooperation) member states. It also provides an overview over Pakistan’s legislative, executive and judicial system as well as several important topics focused by the institution of the Ombudsman in Pakistan.
The FPO was founded in April 2011 and includes all the twelve Ombudsman institutions in the country. Their common goal is to strengthen the coordination among their offices, find common standards for their practices, raise their respective capacities and improve the quality of service-delivery.
