In this statement the IOI extends its heartfelt condolences to those suffering in the wake of this catastrophe and expresses its solidarity with the Belgian Ombudsman colleagues and the Belgian people.
In this statement IOI President Walters and IOI Secretary General Kräuter underline that “it is difficult times like these that remind us of the importance of democracy, tolerance and international solidarity”.
On behalf of the IOI community, our deep sympathy goes out the family, friends and colleagues of the victims of this attack. The IOI stands with them in this difficult times and assures its Belgian members of its continued support.
