GEORGIA | The Public Defender of Georgia presents its current newsletter for January and February 2023

Recently the Public Defender (Ombudsman) of Georgia presented its newsletter for the months of January and February.

Besides introducing Mr Levan Ioseliani as the new incumbent, the newsletter gives information on the activities the Office conducted in January and February 2023. Among others, these include the submission of alternative reports to the UN Committee on Elimination of Discrimination against Women and the UN Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, holding working meetings on Children living and working on the street, and preparing an electronic course on main issues of equality.
