CANADA/ONTARIO | Watchdog informs on upcoming SYT

The three-day training course will cover all the basics of planning, announcing, executing and publicly reporting on an investigation, including such topics as investigation planning, interviewing witnesses, assessing evidence, report writing, communications and using social media. Ontario Ombudsman André Marin and staff will also present case studies from their experience with investigations that have resulted in broad systemic changes and improved governance.
