Join the African Ombudsman Research Centre (AORC), the research and training arm of the African Ombudsman and Mediators' Association (AOMA) for the thought-provoking webinar on "Enhancing Productivity and Safeguarding Confidentiality in Ombudsman Institutions: Leveraging Grammerly and ChatGPT for Quality Investigation Reports" on Tuesday, 5 December 2023, at 10 am (GMT+2), organised in collaboration with the International Ombudsman Institute. The programme is now available.

In an era where the efficiency of Ombudsman institutions is of paramount importance, AORC and IOI have joined forces to address the evolving needs of the Ombudsman community. This unique event will explore the transformative power of cutting-edge language-enhancing tools, specifically Grammarly and ChatGPT, in elevating productivity and the quality of investigations reports.

The webinar highlights are as follows:
