BIOA | Annual Report 2011

The Ombudsman Association - the new public name of the British and Irish Ombudsman Association - recently published a report on its activities in 2011 and 2012.

The report covers the various events the Association has been organizing in the past year, such as the Annual Meetings, Biennal Conferences and a seminar.

Further topics are the external relations of the Association, its current work program as well an introduction to the six special interest groups of the Association.
