BackAs usual, the IOI reviews another operational year and is pleased to inform its members about far-reaching developments and achievements in 2012/2013.
It has been another busy year, dominated by a very successful 11th IOI World Conference held in Wellington, New Zealand and hosted by Dame Beverley Wakem, IOI President and Chief Ombudsman of New Zealand, to mark the 50th Anniversary of the Ombudsman institution in New Zealand.
The IOI also said goodbye to its Secretary General of the past four years, Peter Kostelka, and warmly welcomed Dr. Günther Kräuter, who succeeded Peter Kostelka as Secretary General of the IOI and took over his new role with a lot of energy and vision.
