BackThe IOI General Secretariat is pleased to present the IOI Annual Report for the membership year 2013/2014, which once again provides details about the IOI’s achievements in the past operational year. The English, French and Spanish version of this Annual Report is now available online!
Much has been accomplished in this past membership year and the IOI saw some substantial changes and developments in 2013/2014.
The IOI welcomed new members to the international ombudsman community and reached out to other Ombudsman associations by signing Memoranda of Understanding. The enlargement of the IOI’s membership and its on-going effort to forge closer ties with similar organizations, gives all of us an opportunity to share experience and learn from colleagues all over the world. It enlarges our understanding of the different ways in which Ombudsman institutions perform their functions.
