The Federal Ombudsman of Belgium presented its Annual Report 2011. In total, the number of cases filed at the office of the Federal Ombudsman of Belgium amounted to 7,700.
The two ombudspersons Catherine De Bruecker and Guido Schuermans addressed ten recommendations to the administrative authorities and submitted 3 recommendations to Parliament.
The Annual Report in French language is now also available on the IOI website; the English version of the Annual Report 2011 will be accessible on the IOI website as soon as available.
