BackOver the last year, the Human Rights Defender of Armenia published various reports and legal analyses on its activities and the general human rights situation in 2016. A list of all available reports has now been completed, including documents available in English and/or French.
The Human Rights Defender published Annual Reports on its activities as Ombudsman institution as well as in its role as National Preventive Mechanism (NPM). Furthermore, the Office published Ad Hoc Public Reports on, for example, Fact-Finding Missions in different provinces of Armenia, the right to health of persons deprived of their liberty and the rights of refugees and asylum seekers in Armenia. Finally, legal analyses on the Human Rights Defender's access to courts and penitentiary institutions and the Armenian Criminal Law were also published.
