WORLD | IACA Newsletter 4, 2013

The International Anti-Corruption Academy recently published its fourth newsletter of the year 2013.

Dean and Executive Secretary Martin Kreutner informs about the second session of their Assembly of Parties in Bangkok, Thailand, where the future of IACA’s work programme and budget will be decided upon.

Furthermore, the newsletter provides information about the new Procurement in Anti-Corruption Training (PACT), which was launched in September in cooperation with UNODC, targeting public procurement and anti-corruption practitioners from all around the world.

The newsletter also gives a short overview about upcoming events and activities in 2014, such as an event on corruption in the field of development aid, a conference on countering corruption in the construction sector in Moscow as well as a Power of the Pen roundtable in Ghana, where journalists will discuss challenges and obstacles regarding thorough and fair investigative journalism.
