The Waka Tangata APOR E-News includes news and views from integrity organisations in the Pacific and Australasian Region. The June 2024 Issue number 13 of the Waka Tangata APOR E-News is available now.
This issue includes a farewell to the former APOR President Deborah Glass and a warm welcome to the new President, Cook Islands Ombudsman Niki Rattle. IT shows that three new Ombudsman have been appointed across the APOR. Furthermore, the Queensland Ombudsman celebrates 50 years and the Ombudsman Hong Kong celebrates 35 years of their resepctive ombudsman institutions. New Zealand’s Chief Ombudsman is re-elected as a Regional Director of APOR and Second Vice President of the IOI.
