JORDAN | New acting President at the JOB

As of mid-June, 2013, the term-of-office of His Excellency Abdelilah Al Kurdi, President of the Ombudsman Bureau, has ended.  The Acting President currently for the Jordanian Ombudsman Bureau is His Excellency Mr. Ala’eddin Armouti.

Not only was Mr. Armouti the Assistant Ombudsman, but also the Head of Technical Unit for establishing the Bureau itself. He understands the nature, work and role of the ‘Ombudsman’ and will in turn continue to expand the work-horizons and accomplishments of the Jordanian Ombudsman Bureau. 

Mr. Armouti has an L.L.M Degree from the University in London.  Previous to the Ombudsman Bureau, he also worked as a Lawyer at his private office in Jordan.

His Excellency Mr. Armouti is looking forward to continuing cooperation and enhancing relations between the Jordanian Ombudsman Bureau and other IOI institutions.
