IOI | New date for 12th IOI World Conference

We are pleased to announce that a new date has been agreed for the International Ombudsman Institute (IOI) 12th General Assembly and World Conference. The conference will now take place at the original conference venue, The Grand Hotel Malahide, from 23 - 28 May 2021.

All existing bookings remain valid.  Our conference organiser will be contacting all delegates by email to advise them of the change.
