CANADA | New website for the Québec Ombudsman

It features a new Advice section containing short information bulletins, Frequently Asked Questions, and a completely revamped Make a complaint section with clear and accessible  content and a simplified complaint form.

The About us section presents the Québec Ombudsman’s role and mandates. Web surfers can see the weekly investigation results and official positions (special reports, annual reports, intervention reports and reactions to bills and draft regulations) of the Québec Ombudsman in the Investigations and recommendations section.

For easier consultation of the site, the search engine now filters entries by keyword or content.
