PAKISTAN | Ombudsman inaugurates one Window Facilitation Desk for expats

Mr. M. Salman Faruqui, Federal Ombudsman of Pakistan inaugurated the first ever one window Facilitation Desk for Overseas Pakistanis at Benazir International Airport, Islamabad. Over 7 million Pakistanis living across the globe would now be able to submit their complaints at this Desk for their early redressal.

In the next phase, similar facilitation centers would be established at all the major Pakistani airports that would help reduce the miseries of expatriates.

On this occasion, Mr. M. Salman Faruqui appreciated the untiring efforts of Hafiz Ahsan Khokhar, Grievance Commissioner for Overseas Pakistanis in establishing the facilitation center at Islamabad Airport. With the establishment of the facilitation center, Overseas Pakistanis would be able to file their complaints against any federal institution and quick action would be taken on their complaints.
