IRELAND | Ombudsman publishes second edition of the Ombudsman's Casebook

The Irish Ombudsman, Mr. Peter Tyndall, has published the office's second edition of "The Ombudsman's Casebook". The Casebook is a digest of summaries of cases closed in the last quarter. The Casebook is aimed at people with responsibility for managing or improving public services.

The Ombudsman's Casebook is published every three months in electronic form. The Casebook is organised by subject area (Health, Social, Welfare, Planning, Housing, etc.) and contains cases from across the country.
