In order to better organise the IOI International Workshop on Good Environmental Governance hosted by the Basque Ombudsman (Ararteko) in the Basque Country (Spain) on 16-17 May 2018, we would kindly ask your Offices to submit some indications in writing in respect of the three working sessions which are planned to take place. To this end, we have prepared an open questionnaire/guide on different issues related to these working sessions. It can be found in the download section below. We beg you to answer this questionnaire and submit your reply to the Ararteko’s Office by 16 March 2018 at ioiworkshopmay2018@ararteko.eus. Your responses will help us both to identify the main issues to be addressed in the open discussions, thus ensuring quality exchanges during the workshop, as well as to organise the presentation of case studies by IOI members during the different working sessions.
If your Office is interested in presenting a case study related to one of the three working sessions, we kindly ask you to clearly express your intention to do so when providing your answer.
It is not mandatory to answer to the whole questionnaire. Please feel free to focus on the topic most relevant to your Office, by responding just to those questions or chapters (related to the different working sessions: A, B, C) which you consider most significant for your work. The contributions can indistinctly be written in one of the following languages: English, French, German, Italian or Spanish.
