ALBANIA | People’s Advocate releases special reports

During 2012, the People's Advocate has prepared several Special Reports, including topics such as violence against women, poverty and social assistance, the non-execution of court rulings, just to name a few. The English summaries of two of these series of special reports are now available.

The first report issued in July 2012 deals with the problems faced by the Roma community during the first six months of 2012 and includes relevant actions made by the People’s Advocate in this matter.

The second report, published in August 2012, informs about the activities taken by the People’s Advocate regarding the protection and promotion of the rights of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community in Albania in 2012.
